well the map lights are independent of the dome lights and are turned on by a switch. so when you press those buttons nothing happens?

all those lights run of the same fuse #3 CTSY 20 amp. can i assume your parking lamps and the headlight circuits work correctly? if so the problem is in the fuse block or that fuse or a short piece of wire from it. those circuits plus fogs if you have them are fed by the same wire going into the specific supply bus. if all those circuits are out there is a 50AMP ****-fuse under the hood in the power box labelled Lighting.

try swapping out the fuses just to be sure or make sure they have good contact points I.E no rust or corrosion

If you've checked all that you may have to follow the wires from the killswitch/fuse box maybe a wire got cut somewhere on accident

there are as many as four ground locations at play here. but they all go thru one point. that point also carries ground from other systems in the cab like radio, a/c controls, Airbags, instrument lighting, instrument readings among some other things. if it is just the lights i would check the splice S242 "I/P harness, approx. 8 cm from headlamp dimmer switch breakout toward i/p cluster" it will be an orange wire breaking out into 4-5 more orange wires. any of those wires should constantly have voltage on them.

I just replaced the fuses still dos not work but i just found out there is no power going to them i just took the ceiling organizer off and there are one pair of black and orange wire starting at the front map light's an d it ends before the first dome light and the two dome light's branch off in to the wiring harness, what would be the first few steps i should take to fine out why there in no power?

you need to find out why the is no power available where the fuse goes. until you get power at the fuse connections the rest is irreverent at this point.

There is power at the curtsy fuse #3 I just blew it trying to run a wire from the mirror light in the visor what im not under standing is i have power to the mirror in the visor, in the doors, and also the curtsy light in the floor board which all run of the same fuse so that means that i should have power in the wires in the ceiling, lol So i guess what im asking now is how to get power back in these lines :lol2:
