Update. Unfortunately I didn’t exactly pinpoint the problem. But my local “you pull it” junkyard sells TBs for $35 so I yanked the cleanest looking one off of a 5.3 Yukon. And used the sensors that were still attached. Cleaned it a little with some TB cleaner spray and slapped it on. No issues since. Maybe my TB was bad. I’ll never know lol
