DD install with custom made bezel

Here are a few pics of my DD installed in my 98. I made a custom bezel opening by using two OEM bezels. I lowered the HVAC control and did some minor trimming and grinding inside the stock radio opening. It took a some time but wasnt too bad. I had the inner part of the bezel hydrodipped in carbon fiber.

I used an epoxy from a company called West System.
The white stuff on the bezel is a plastic JB Weld filler. I then used the epoxy to hold it all together from both the front and back sides. The epoxy was too watery to be used to fill gaps which is why I used the white stuff.

The radio is secured to a modified OEM tray that the stock radio once say on . The tray still snaps into place like it would normally do using the stock radio.

The red button is a for my 30" Rigid LED light bar.
