cut off the tips

I heard from a friend that if I cut off the exhaust pipe after the muffler it will make my exhaust louder.I alredy have a flowmaster but I would like it to be a bit more louder is there any truth to this ?

I had dual flowmaster 44 with turn down pipes right after the mufflers and that was the worst sound. I like my exhaust loud but that sounded bad. Inside it feels and sounds nice but dam it really sucked.

I just cut my Corsa tips off last night with a 15amp Milwaukee SawZall....I cut mine off right at the muffler and it's most definitely lounder and more pronounced. I have some old FloPros that I am replacing Friday with Flowmaster 40 deltas..

That sawzall made SHORT work of my dual pipes
