cowl hood

Welp i just scored a sweet metal cowl hood off craigslisy guy wanted 450 i got it for 250 but after install she sticks up a bit in the front anyone else have fitment issues ? Or anyone have a remedy ?

Im not sure if the hoes had an adjustable hood latch. Try loosening the bolts that hold your hood latch on and try to bump it down some. Also on the left and right side front corner is little rubber stoppers. You can spin them in and it will allow the corners to sit down farther. Might have some play in the hood hinges too if the back is too high.

Took the stops out and the hinge area sits flush i will try the latch

I hope i can get my fiberglass ram air hood to sit flush without taking the stops out. Not real comfortable not having support under it
