My guess is you have rear air? Looks to me like either the supply or return line which feeds to the firewall heater core and also routes to the rear air down the passenger side of the vehicle. Plan on getting the upgraded (dorman) metal hose tees feeding the firewall connections as well. I got mine from RA... you'll see that Y-shaped hose there.Anyone know what this part number is by chance , the metal piece the hoses connect to is leaking . And I don't know what it is called or the part number to replace it.
As @Fless stated, it is an entire assembly that includes the attached hoses. It does not sell separately.Anyone know what this part number is by chance , the metal piece the hoses connect to is leaking . And I don't know what it is called or the part number to replace it.
Yup @Fless and you nailed it. The Dorman kit will come with a metal TEE for the Y hose at the water pump. I just replaced mine about a year ago as preventative maintenance, all coolant hoses actually. Because I had to replace the radiator. Is that the tee that goes from the water pump to the coolant tank and tees into the firewall? I found this for a 2006, but the one @Fless found is way cheaper.
On a recent thread regarding the Dorman metal tees at the firewall, I mentioned that I removed the quick connect one that one hose at the firewall, in favor of a hose clamp. I cut the hose at the large tee and installed a longer hose from the local parts store. Unfortunately, they only had a red-colored one. @89Suburban
