IMO the grey wheels with the maroon paint would look good and would be different. I would rock them!

So by that thinking then gunmetal on black looks bad? I strongly disagree with you chrome loving hippies.

Personally, I think gunmetal looks best as a technical racing wheel. So, by default, I guess I think they look best on race/sports cars. (Even then, I ditched them for chrome wheels on my Z06...)

But that's just me. :)

his truck isn't black and it has chrome. You aren't accenting anything by putting gray wheels on it. It's going to look awkward. Chrome accents the chrome. Now, if the OP wants to color match all the accents of the vehicle to match the wheels, then perfect.

It has a billet grill, billet emblems, and chrome surrounds which could easily be changed. I fail to see the many chrome "accents" that require that chrome wheels be used to "accent" all the other chrome.

I used the black to prove the point that the maroon is not to dark of a color if black isn't, yes it would look best if he changed a few things in order to use gunmetal wheels.

Yes, to be clear....If it was get the comp grey TBSS reps I would ditch the chrome and billet on the Burb as that would definitely look bad!

I guess where I'm kinda going back and forth is I like a little bit of chrome on the Burb because it is maroon and a little bit of chrome looks good with Maroon IMO but I can also visualize where it could look good completely "dechromed"

With that said, if I do go the chrome wheel route I will most likely be switching up the grill a little bit anyway. I'm getting kinda tired of the billet inserts and will probably search for a slightly different look.

Burb I think your truck would look good with the oem chrome LTZ grille with some chrome rims. Your color with chrome trim looks so good IMO.
