Chevy Tahoe LT DRL question

can anyone tell me how to get the led eyebrows brighter like the LTZ model? Was wondering if I can get a brighter bulb for them also my LT did not come with fogs we will be installing some. Did anyone else have this issue? How did you wire them? I was thinking we could tap into the headlights that way they just turn on automatically
