Camber kit??

Never heard of it before. Shop is telling me they can't fully align the Tahoe because it needs a camber/tow kit installed. Not so sure I buy that but whatever. What is this sorcery and do I really need it? They want $100 for the part and another $210 for labor. WTF?

stock on our tucks the upper A arms have round holes that don't allow for much adjustment. the camber kit is new bolts with cams on them and they bust out the mounting holes (there is a tool that does this) so they can do a alignment.
