Bought as is. I don’t know how accurate trans temp is,haven’t seen over 150 yet. And that was sand driving.

Good question. I'm betting it may have something to do with the 4.10 rear end? Maybe a tow package upgrade? Or a guy who bought a 4.10 for towing and added the gauge?

Kid before me had it done. Actually he did a few upgrades and a lot of maintenance too it in the last year. Refurbished rims , new tires,shocks, bigger brakes,transfer case mod,etc. the big reason I bought it. Paid a little more than I wanted but i always feel that way.
