So last December I got myself a nice bday present. I picked up this 05 Denali for a decent price with 99k on the clock.

It isn't perfect but night and day over my 01 Tahoe I had prior with 265k.

This is really gonna pick up from today. Most of what I did was maintenance but theres some fun stuff in between.

So far what I have going on is as followed:

Blue gauges thanks to @ScottyBoy for the idea of using a LED strip.

HIDs 5000k for lows.

Swapped basically all exterior lights (minus rear signals and brakes) to LEDs front turns I did switchbacks.

Spectra CAI

Came with window tint (20/15) and remote start

Removed roof racks

Body matched front grill and did flat black center with black emblem.

Removed all other emblems

TBSS 2/4 kit with DJM endlinks. Just did the free travel mod today so I removed the spacer.

Beltech shocks (autoride removed)

Timken wheel hubs.

Moog inner and outer tierods, upper and lower control arms, front endlinks

Ac delco pitman arm, idler arm and bracket.

Truck came with 22" TIS chrome wheels. I stripped the chrome and spray painted them black.

Auxiliary input hooked up to XM radio.

Not sure what else I missed but th as ts the boring skinny of it. Since I was suggested to make this thread.

Thanks @Fosscore I would never have made this.

About time! Nice. It's always amazing to look back and see how far you've come along. Looking forward to some more mods *HINT*HINT*.;)

How sure about how I feel with spacers removed. I feel like it pushed the wheels forward. And they now rub which is annoying.

Great work so far. Good to see another build thread on a NBS Denali!

That looks real close. Might have to get the adj panhard bar.
If you’re talking about spring spacers and by removing them your wheels seemed to move forward, yes they probably did. The lower you go, the wheels will move forward and to the right due to the panhard bar and control arms. To correct the forward/ backward distance you need adjustable control arms and for the left/right distance you need an adjustable panhard bar, which are all available from Spohn. Or just don’t go so low.

Yea I'm gonna raise it back up till funds become available for the panhard bar and control arms.
Looking good. Glad you found your way over here

I needed motivation
