Best dealership service department in metro Phoenix?

I bought a 2025 yukon denali on 3/24 and it has already been in the service shop 2 times. Once for intake manifold gasket and now for a faulty passenger side lifter. I have been working with Coulter Camelback but have only received a run around and statements that dont come to fruition. It is still in service although I was able to find them a gasket locally that they had said was on backorder.

Does anyone have a delaership with reputable service department they recommend in the metro phoenix, az area?

Unfortunately most dealerships are like that. They are there to sell product. They don’t make money on service even though most people purchase product at dealerships that stand by their product and service it with well trained mechanics, fast and reliable service. Which means getting it right the first time and no repeated trips to service bay. Those dealerships do exist, but they are hard to find. Once you find one you’ll be a customer for the life of your vehicle. Good luck in your search. Aloha!

Go see Jim Sepe at Liberty GMC in Peoria. They have a fantastic service dept and service a ton of cars every single day they are open. Been using them for many years.
