Or if it does start it’s mostly a hard start. When it runs it does run pretty good. I’ve changed the fuel pump and spark plugs. One thing to mention is when I try to start it and I finally let go of the key sometimes the engine will start and sputter a little bit. Sometimes a lot sometimes not at all sometimes a little bit. Any help would be great.

h*O-Lee Chit Batman! Please tell us you at least have fresh fuel in the system...

If you do, then maybe the infamous "spider injectors" are gummed up? IDK

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and test fuel pressure. If good put a spark tester on it when it won't start. Of course we're all ASSuming the battery is fully charged, the check engine light functions and there are no codes. We're also ASSuming the security system is functioning properly and the light goes out after you turn the key to the on position and wait a minute before starting.
