Got my local Parks Chevrolet to paint the caps for me. $96.xx to paint all 4. Not to shabby. Looks 25x better!

I think I'm going to replace those with some channel visors. And thats not a bad idea. I may get them to paint them.

We have a fleet of 15 Mercedes-Benz Sprinters that I am responsible for, so they do all of our body work when needed. So they sprayed these no issue, since they made almost 38k off my fleet last year.

Woke up this morning at my grandparents house looking directly at this CaliLean. I thought about lowering the rear, but i think that I will just raise the front. Maybe the rub at full lock will go away.

If you're rubbing at factory height, your offsets on the fronts are possibly off, thus causing the rub at full lock. You could still get away with lowering the whole truck with massaging the inner fender liners if you keep your current wheel/tire combination, or if you go with a narrower combination up front with correct offset you would eliminate the rub at full lock issue.

The truck looks great from all of the work you've done so far!

Im going to raise the front 2 inches to level. Cheaper. Faster. And I dont lose any driveability along the way. $50>450 to lower the rear.

And thanks! I cant wait to level and put the new wheels on. I think I will be about done at that point.

Except these dam parking sensors. I want to get them fixed, or disable the system. Warning lights and msgs on the DIC earks my nerves so bad.

I finally got 1 headlight open and I need to open the 2nd. I'm not going to do the false projector for the drl, so im only going to do the fxr 3.0.

I need buy the led switchbacks for the drl/turn signals from TRS. I'm going to leave the amber reflectors as well.

Once I get the 2nd opened, I will start the cutting for the fxr 3.0.

Here is some inspiration for you. This is the finished housing with my RX-350's. We had them installed last Friday. I'm hoping to get my truck cleaned up in the next few days as we've been having rain lately, so it is dirty and no pictures of the install. I can't wait to see how yours turn out!

Holy snikies. I can't wait to start and finish mine. These oem headlights just don't cut it at night and the high beams are useless.

Yeah, the light output isn't even comparable. It is absolutely amazing and I haven't even been able to do any fine tuning yet to get my adjustments absolutely spot on yet. Driving on the freeway at night now though is unreal. I have usable light through all four lanes and to the sides. I'll work on more pictures for you, but you'll definitely love yours when you get them done and installed!

I have the fx-r 1.0 in my 93 Protege that I did back in 09 so I can't wait until I can see them in something that is twice, maybe 3 times as high.

Did some trial wrapping.

I think I'm going to like this. Cheaper than 3M Di-NOC. I can't wait to see how it looks installed once I wrap the rest.

That's coming along nicely Darius! I also like how your projectors sit farther back in the bowl than mine do. I am thinking I might have to take mine apart again and bring my projector farther back. I'm getting quite a bit of light scatter coming from behind the shrouds and going to spots on the ground. Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see final pics of them installed!
