Having found a bad lifter roller on #3 cylinder on my 19 6.2 Denali, I am trying to determine why. Engine perfectly like new inside, 97K miles, regular oil changes, normal oil pressure even at idle, non-afm lifter. On searches have found a couple of video's of guys with #3 cylinder lifter roller failures. Quite a coincidence when I haven't seen specifically others when looking. Any ideas? I don't want to go down this path again.
