Drove a few hours to pick up a new '21 Yukon Denali that came in. The salesman called an hour before I arrived and said the truck's steering wheel controls weren't working properly, but the part was overnighted and we should be good in an hour. Fast forward 5 hours, no resolution, told them to just send me on my way and I'd have it warrantied locally. I guess the tech was stumped on how to replace it.
On the right side control bay, the "left" and "right" arrows don't register with the vehicle. Neither of the behind-the-wheel controls work either.
Has anyone experienced the same thing? The truck is otherwise perfect; gosh this thing purrs.
