@Nokturnal how did the Nittos do in the snow?

I’ve been able to test the BFG’s around here too. This is when it started, ended up with over a foot.

They did really well! I kept the rig in 4High most to the time but didn’t slide or anything all week. In 2WD it’s a different story.

We got about 10” here in the Texas panhandle

I’ll have to change my sig I bet it’s my last Denali I had. This XL has 18x9.5 with Nitto G2 295/70/18. They measure a quarter inch under a 35” and are 11.77 wide. Nitto makes them in a non LT that saved me a ton of weight and had an even longer mileage warranty. The tread isn’t quite as deep but I get the look for my highway cruiser and they weigh in at only 50lb which is crazy considering they’re 35’s. The LT versions of the same size tire are almost 20lb heavier per tire. My 5.3 will get up and go! I was so worried about it being an issue with the lift and big wheel tire setup but the forged wheels and non LT really make power and braking a non issue

Yep - I thought you had put the 18s on. The rig is looking great!

The LT vs non-LT in the Nitto is certainly considerable weight difference. I totally agree with the decision - if you don't "need" the LT w/10ply then go with similar setup to what you are running.

Could you take some pics of where you had to trim to fit the 35s?
