2012 yukon denali radiator punctured?

I was told by dealer that radiator has a puncture in it and that it most likely happened from a rock and that its not covered by the warranty. I find that hard to believe since isnt the AC unit in fron t of the radiator? I also haven't seen any radiator fluid leaking. Has anyone had this happen to them or heard of bad radiators in this vehicle? Thanks
