I did leave out that I was going to smoke the 3rd....... but yes..... I did plan on it.

I see what you are saying though Nathan..... okay RED it is.

I will just do that and smoke lightly all of the rear.

Thanks.

Red Z-71 ACDelco / Tenneco rear shocks finally in.

So now my rear set-up is......

Tony's BellTech 5301 Springs 2 Inch Drop.
.75 inch Spacer (look closely and you can see them in the picture).
AirLift 1000's 60742
Z-71 Shocks

I LOVE the way it rides.......

The soft BellTech springs and the stiffer Z-71 shocks........compensate each other perfect.

A win IMO.

I can't wait to do the fronts.

Update: After spending about a 150 miles with the new set-up........I love it even more.:893karatesmiley-thu

Perfect amount of firmness without a mushy feeling...... I hate mushy feelings. :)

Glad you're doing red instead of clear smoked for the tails/3rd brake light. I think it'll look much better.

There's a WDT platinum with the oem smoked at my local dealer. I never liked them at first but it looks sick on it. It's a plat with dual exhaust too :)

Was at Discount Tire getting a rotation done...... I snapped this picture just to illustrate how small the bags are with no weight on the springs. With the weight down there is about a 1/2 inch clearance on the top and bottom. The 5301s compress that much.

That's pretty cool. Thought it was more complicated, maybe ill get a pair. I've been tempted ever since I read that people put the hose in the gas filler and fill up with air. I'd do it so often for fun haha.

However I did order this............ to finally finish the leather map pockets on the Yukon XL.:chair:

In case you are wondering, the leather or cloth that forms the pouch in the back of the drivers and passenger seat....... is actually stapled in on the back.

The staples are VERY small. 3/8th Crown staples 22 gauge with the "legs" of the staple only 1/8 deep.

However...... it all only makes sense.

I have over 60k+ in both these trucks...... keeping them looking new is not a option. Its mandatory.

I'm proud

:Handshake: A BIG Thanks to you.

What did you use in the bay? I wouldn't mind cleaning mine up

Simple Green and some All purpose cleaner, hosed down then dried every inch with a MicroFiber towel. Applied Meguirs Dressing. I would have used Chemical Guys Silk but I got it a day too late. :Wedgie:

Damn son! :waytogo:

Thank you.

Holy Crap Bro........I just now logged in and saw the Sig. I cannot see it on Tapatalk.

Looks cleannnn, good job

Thank You Bo.:D
