got a friend over in st pete/largo i usually stay with over that way...been wanting to do some more stuff at bradenton track (streetcartakeover this weekend) im just beat....the drive over sucks usually
I’ll let you both know when I’m gonna be that way. Cape Canaveral will on the list as well, maybe the keys? No time soon, but sometime in the next year.
no RTT with gen 4 stuff

on the older stuff i think you had to select which tables you wanted to use for the RTT
May be something Dan can check out then.

Well my changes aren't seeming to work. There must be another table I'm missing that controls fueling below 1200rpm. I can't see it needing the same fuel at 1,200 rpm no throttle as it does at nearly 6,000 and WOT.

why is your engine running at 400 rpm?

check for exhaust leaks

I don't believe there's any major leak, certainly don't hear or smell one but I suppose a looksie wouldn't hurt. The dip below 800s is from startup and when I engage the clutch and the rpm dips down, this is dramatized by the lean condition making it want to stall and jerk violently. I'm fairly certain anything under 800 registers as 400. Let me see how many counts those cells hit tho.

yea it could...thats why im throwing out mechanical stuff...if you keep adding to the ve and its getting no better (or getting worse) something outside the tune is effecting it.

ill look at the log/tune in a bit, i think i have hptuners on my work computer...didnt bring laptop with me today

What's odd is after 1 minute with the O2s active it fixes itself and is fine. Idk if a massive vacuum/exhaust leak would be correctable that easily.

I did notice that the O2s are reading significantly different from each other. The split gets worse with B1S1 dipping close to .150

@Scottydoggs I know you just looked at a failing O2 on Tonys truck whats your thought on this?

Bad O2, possible vacuum leak bank 1 or stuck/failing injector bank 2. Possibly...

Thats what I was thinking, I'll check for leaks and swap out a known good sensor on my shelf. Also, I was just informed from the HPT forum that I need to set P0103 to Mill on first error instead of no Mill reported then turn the SES light off else where. I was basically not failing the MAF and it was still trying to colaborate with the MAP therefore not being in true Speed Density mode.

you need to scan the o2 in Mv, milla volts.

you've just got your standard volts, those should dance up and down they will never be 100% the same either.

why not tune the maf?

sorry i assumed this was the atomic tune was where you started from and some of this stuff was done already

The plan was to remove the MAF to run a bigger intake tube and relocate the IAT sensor.

No Atomic did great I've just messed with a lot of stuff since his tune.

Wow, the MAF being active was killing my VE tuning. It went from crazy lean to rich at idle and it making progress with each change like it should have been before. Can't believe it was such a simple fix, it's amazing how easily one setting or parameter can change so much.

I did totally forget to change the O2 units but I'll get another log of that omw to the shop.
