2001 Tahoe Crazy dash

So I'm having weird dash issues on my 2001 Tahoe's dash. What happens is that speedometer is very erratic. The fuel gauge goes to all the way below E. Also I get the Low Fuel, Battery, Security, and Service 4WD lights. This all happens at the same time. What is weird is that it only happens sometimes, but won't go away unless it sits for a few hours. Everything actually works fine and there are no drive ability issues. Any input is appreciated.

Many threads for you to look thru about dash cluster problems and ground problems. Do a search and get the popcorn ready.

Corroded ground(s) is most likely the cause of your issue. Start there before firing the parts cannon.

After just wiggling the connector the issue goes away and some other issues occur. Basically the cluster is bad. I'm sending it out to be rebuilt and have a trans temp gauge added.

Yea, I bought a custom new one and turned mine in to them for the lifetime warranty.
