Back in 10/13 I tradeda old 95 civic I had for this Non running 96 tahoe(Ive been looking for one with a electronic 4x4 or 2wd and a tail gate)

This is how i got it

Horrible.
Needed a New distributor
Fuel injection
rear Differential is a posi but replaced ( it would make some noise going over 40mph)
Spark plugs
Brakes
Radiator
Water pump


To get it running

Then I bought some used 24 "T.i.s rims and plastic dipped them
put the origanal hood
Limo tinted the entire truck
and sprayed it with Poly primer(temporary fix)

Then replaced the seats

Few months after
Bought some U2 26"s to replace the 24s

And smoked out the lights

Chopped the Rear Wiper

Eliminated the body lines on the bottom by welding a plate on there and eliminated the roof rack

Bought 2 Sundowns x-15

Bought a used S2500 amp
I couldnt find a S3000 used
And i didnt want to spend $800+ on a new amp :[

Wow, that started out a real mess! (I know the feeling) Its coming together nicely.

Any engine / power train plans in the future? Is a 4x4?

Just got wires from Knukonceptz


this 0 gauge is freaking thick OFC wire can handle 600 amps( so the website says)

Its a 4x4 so far ive gotten the front differential out and half of the axles
im still reading up if there is a difference in power on a 2wd r 4wd tranny

So far ive only done the throttle mod
shaving the extra piece on the butterfly
And bought the K&N filter for $18 at the junk yard :D
looks beat up but it works :]

Rims alone cost more than the truck :doh2:


still need Big 3, install epicenter,bigger Alternator, Then the conversion and paint :happy107:
