Question. are the exhaust cutouts removable for paint?
I love this bumper but my car has no chrome and I want to keep it that way!

Yes. They are attached via clips and screws. Come right out. Would look pretty slick powdercoated to match. Hmm. :secret:

Has anyone tried to put just the exhaust sleeves on a tahoe bumper?

90% of flat tires are a nail or screw or some other kind of puncture. A couple cans of flat fix or even a plug kit and some air and it will get you home or where you can fix it.
Ok, nevermind, the flat fix would mess up your TPMS.

I have pics somewhere. I'll post them later.

It's fairly easy. Just cut a notch into your bumper, set them in, have brackets fabricated, and bolt it down. Nothing about it will be bolt on, so best bet is to take the sleeves to your body shop and have them mock them up.

This may be a dumb question, but when you modified your Corsa Sport to fit the dual bumpers, did it introduce any drone at all? I know Corsa claims they painstakingly design each cat back for every model vehicle to eliminate resonance.

Some folks were asking to see... so here ya go.

Wifey's Burban with the new '12 Premium Escalade Bumper. Corsa Sport 3" exhaust into a 3" Y-pipe and out to two dual 3" pipes.

If you need any other specific pics, let me know. :Handshake:
