So had to get a jump and afterwards the radio nav unit wouldn't turn on . Check all the fuses ,even took the radio out to see if there was a fuse behind it that needed to be changed no such luck. There wasn't any indication that the unit was going bad. Could maybe I just need to replace the fuse anyway even if it isn't blown? Is there some reset trick I can do. I looked that up but I don't have preset buttons I have a touch screen. Please help

If it’s the OEM Navi you can give it a hard reset by removing all the wire harness connectors for 3-5 min. It’s a PITA but it’s the only way I’ve found them to wake up from black screen and still retain the VIN so it doesn’t need a scan tool to recognize the truck.
