08 2500 with a transmission "bump"?

I have been searching, but can't seem to find where I read or heard about it. It seems this may be common?
I am looking at a 2008 2500 Yukon and the ad says the transmission bumps slightly, but goes through all the gears just fine.
Could this just be a motor mount? Or something else?

Our 164k mile awd Denali has a "thump" if I'm abrupt with the throttle which I believe comes from the chain being worn in the transfer case.
