Hey man! Thank you I'm just running a Magnaflow 12589 muffler and have it turned down just after the rear axle. Perfect for that clean look and a sound that isn't overbearing since it's the family hauler

So no resonator at all and no drone?

I just got rid of a '12 Challenger R/T with a cat-back, and wifey loves how quiet the Tahoe runs. I'm interested in dumping the resonator and/or adding that Magnaflow 12589, just to have a little bit of audible enjoyment-----just gotta make sure I don't make any (sound) waves, so to speak.

Nope...very little drone to mostly none. I say that because you will notice a noise increase with the Magnaflow and resonator delete but by no means would I say it is loud. Believe me, if it was my wife would complain about it and she's not said a word in 4+ years with the setup

Thanks, man. It took her a while to get where she's at but I'm happy with her at this point. About to turn 180k here very soon! Can't wait for the day she turns 300k lookin' like a million bucks
