What oil would you suggest for the rear/front differential and transfer case?

The same stuff your owner's manual calls for. I'm a big fan of OE fluids but had trouble getting hold of 80W90 from GM ACDelco so I went with Lucas Products. Don't remember what fluids the 2007 2500s take, they have a different transfer case then the later ones (MP3024) if memory serves.

Transfer case just uses ATF - Dex6.

GM recommends synthetic 75W90 for both front and rear axles.

From my '08 owners manual...

Transfer Case
(Four-Wheel
Drive)
DEXRON®-VI Automatic
Transmission Fluid.

Front Axle
(2500 Series
Vehicles with
Four-Wheel
Drive)
SAE 75W-90 Synthetic
Axle Lubricant
(GM Part No. U.S. 89021677,
in Canada 89021678) meeting
GM Specification 9986115.

Rear Axle
SAE 75W-90 Synthetic
Axle Lubricant
(GM Part No. U.S. 89021677,
in Canada 89021678) meeting
GM Specification 9986115.

I know those '07s use the 4L80, did they use another TC or get the new MP3024?
