Any idea who made this AFM-DFM Disabler?

I received this AFM-DFM Disabler secondhand and have been trying to search all over to determine what company made it but no luck yet so I'm coming to the experts.
Does it look familiar?
I plan to plug it into my 2007 Suburban 5.3 (it came out of a 2007 or 2008 Suburban) but would like to know who manufactured it before I do.

Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

It is covered in shrink plastic, so you'll have to cut through that to find out, if nobody on this Forum replies with a definitive identification.

Actually, shrink plastic COULD be a clever way to surreptitiously resell a used a V4 mode disabler plug-in as new item ... ?

Thanks guys.
It's a hard plastic shell, no shrink wrap, I really don't want to cut into the plastic case just to see if there are any identifiable marks on the circuit board. Hopefully someone recognizes it.

Thanks Fless, that's the one!

Looks like it's from HHQ and I see an old link to it on Amazon but found it on another website for $41.

Says it's compatible with multiple years and models.

Wow that programming sounds the way to go--keeps codes from showing, makes a bunch of changes and CHEAP!

I'm needing some learning here. I thought AFM used specialized lifters and other components. It could not automatically be turned off without replacing parts.

The Engine Half@$$ feature lay dormant in early '07 L92 6.2L V8s, despite the presence of the hardware, GM did not turn it ON.
Later L92s & L9Hs did not come with any Engine Half@$$ horseschidt anyway.

Point is, yes, it can absolutely be turned off / disabled / rendered dormant, without deleting the hardware.
Obviously deleting the hardware absolutely requires prior disablement of Engine Half@$$.

I have a 2012 Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle. Does it have AFM?
'fraid so.
To save precious time and engine longevity, disable that shit asap (your questions have been asked & answered 1000x, do it already, your engine will appreciate you).
Disable it by:
*driving in M5 by manipulating the shifter down past 'D' to 'M' & manually avoiding 6th gear
*disconnecting an electrical connector on either the master cylinder or the brake booster (will throw a code, but the code just disables AFM)
*putting a plug-in into your diagnostic port (you may need to unplug it for a week before your state emissions exam, plug it back in after you pass)
*getting an ecm tune that disables Engine Half@$$
