What’s the best way to shine up LTZ wheels like I have pictured, or any polished wheel with clear coat on it? I’d like to avoid removing the clear and just shine them up a bit

You want to treat the clear coated wheels just like your paint, you can clay the wheels or use a cleaner wax on them, you do not want to treat them as polished wheels, polished wheels usually have no coating on them, and you can use a more abrasive product on them vs clear coated wheels
