How deep in the water?
Don't forget the brakes, wet brakes don't stop very well and the caliper sliding parts will rust in a short time. Been there done that. -

Empty the tank with fuel pump
One of my previous UKON-TAHOE had the same obstruction in the filler, after some sleuthing I found out it was there to prevent fuel theft, so much for siphoning, my 2014 does not have that obstruction.- Floep

What is this plate on my oil pan???
There are vibrations in flat surfaces that lead to metal fatigue, in turn cause cracks to appear. Theory harks back to my aeronautical engineering study days. Change the mass, change the frequency out of danger range.- Floep

What do i need to recalibrate my speedometer after my tire/rim swap?
Is it 4 out on all speeds? If so it is only necessary to move the speedo needle on its shaft, small job. On the other hand the difference varies with the vehicle speed, it has to be programmed for different axle ratio or tire diameter with programming tool- Floep

2001 Tahoe 2wd steering wander
In the bottom of the steering wheel shaft is a sensor that goes bad, makes the vehicle have its own mind which way to go.- Floep

People flashing their brights at me...
I have noticed that it makes quite a difference if the vehicle is empty, just the driver, or back seats occupied with a load in the rear. Some passengers are max load and drop the rear enough to make headlights objectionable to air traffic. -

The noise and vibration during the last few feet of a stop is usually caused by the ABS sensors in the front wheel bearings getting confusing signals from the rust particles in the space between the bearings in the hub, dope out which wheel it is and replace the hub, if you feel financially...- Floep

Use copper nickel .It is a legal alternative and has been used in Europe. for years. readily available, reasonably priced, easily bent, lasts forever, uses normal fittings.- Floep

Hey! New to me 2014 Yukon Denali owner
14 was the last year of that style and technology, the 15s have many complaints as they got experience with the new style. I have a 14 and glad, so far none of the earlier model complaints. Hope you have the same experience- Floep

My AC fan sounds like it is surging.

Thanks for the info, purchased new switch. Looks like there are plastic appendages on the sides that need to be pressed inward, I m afraid that if I tried to pry the thing will jump inside -
