EBay full of them, a little more expensive then the first pic I posted lol
Haha ever so slightly more! I'll look into it and just see whichever one turns out to be cheaper and buy that one. I am a little picky and like the Escalade's because it is a picture of a SUV whereas the 5-button is a sedan. Pretty freaking picky, I know.

I get what you mean about the 5 button having the car instead of truck like the 6 button, but I don't even notice that my 5 button is a car. Plus it was only $45 and I don't have power lift gate so didn't want buttons what don't do anything on my remote.

I had a question for anyone that is using a 5 button cadillac remote without power lift gate. Does the rear glass open when you press the trunk button? I've had mine for a few weeks and everything works fine but the trunk button. I just tried it today and discovered this.

I took my 5 button cadillac remote apart and figured out why the rear glass would not open. There are three contacts underneath the trunk button and it wasn't letting me click the middle contact which is the one that opens the rear glass. Since I don't have power lift gate, I just cut down the left and right contacts and now the middle one can be pressed just fine and works properly.

Finally received the Esky remote, slapped the sticker on, programmed it and my wife is good to go. I didn't even tell her I was getting one and she was pleasantly surprised. :)

Now I just need to buy another one for myself here soon...

What key fob will I need for a 09 tahoe without power liftgate, the 5 button correct? Whats the part number for it? I keep finding key fobs that look just like the one I have.

Thanks for all the info guys! I ordered a esky remote this past weekend and am looking forward to putting the factory remote in a drawer where it belongs.

By chance does anyone know what a "fair" price is for programing on the 11 and newer remotes? I'm pretty sure my local dealer will try to hose me!

I had my local gmc dealer program two remotes for my 11 Yukon and they charged like 50-70. Such a RIP OFF.

Some vehicles require all key fobs to be programmed at once. Does the Yukon require i have them program both of my old remotes at the same time or can they just program the new remote and my spares will still work?
