Escalade keyfob on a Yukon?

Hey there people. I have an extra Keyfob of an Escalade and i was wondering if i could program it with my Yukon. Please let me know if theres anyway i can do this. Thanks alot people

Yes. Should work fine. I programmed a couple denali fobs to my dad's escalade, because the cadillac fobs are garbage and break all the time.

If you have a nnbs then just use the dic and it will tell you. You have to hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time I believe.

So since we sold the esky, I didnt give the dealer all the keys so I used one of the spares we had on my yukon today and it does work.

bumpin an oldie here -

so i just did this to my hoe,,i got a 6 button esci fob key (the new models) and programmed it to my 2008 hoe in 30 sec. very easy to do and love the eski key fob. i just have to remove the eski emblem in the back of it. just thought i let you guys know

1. Insert Key and turn to ON position so you can access Driver Information Center

2. Press the vehicle information button until
PRESS TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY displays

3. Press the set/reset button until
REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE displays

4. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first keyless remote at the same
time for approximatley 15 seconds. A chime will sound indicating that the remote is
programmed.

5. To program additional remotes at this time repeat step 4.
This vehicle can have a maximum of eight remotes programmed.
6. To exit programming mode turn key off and remove key.
Test remote(s).

These instructions will only work for the 07 and 08's. I think the 09's and up, you have to go to the dealer or a locksmith to reprogram, unless you have a way to access the truck's cpu. Thats what I had to do.

yes that is the remote, i got it of ebay for $40 i think.

very simple programming Stresst has it on point,,(you have to program all the remotes that you have at same time)

Tried new battery and yes I followed the programming instructions. I've done it successfully with several other key fobs in the past. Not sure if unit is good...

Its held on by sticker, I used a folding knife really carefully and it came out. Im still trying to find a emblem to replace it.

FINALLY received my remote today. talk about a long wait. Anyways, took all of 2 minutes to reprogram it and it works flawlessly. Remote is a little bigger and heavier, so I'll have to get use to it.

I have an idea about the Caddy logo...
