Thanks! :win:

And yes I want to get an esky bumper. Probably will pull the trigger on an ebay one that's pre-painted. There is still so much I want to do, a lot of things you guys have already done. The short list includes an s2000 retrofit, rear bumper, vcim, extended remote and esky mirrors. I had a set of esky mirrors before when I was still in Okc but I sold them because I wanted a better quality set.

I love it!!! Perfect in my opinion I did the 12259 muffler tho, one step up from the 12589

I can't wait til Justin can work his magic on it next month...

I went with Magnaflow 35116 for the tip:

I want an esky bumper first Felix, I just don't know how I feel about going full esky. That's why I still have g4's and regular pillars.

God it would look so sick with both of those things... what about the full LED mod on the esky third brake light?

Felix my wallet is only so big! Its on the "WANT" list. Plus since I am in DC I don't have my old third brake light to run while I'm here. Driving around in DC without a 3rd brake light I might last 10 minutes lol.

Lol ya I feel ya the wallet thing is an issue for most people (excluding Serge that is hehe). I think my next mod is a proper projector retrofit for the avy. Gotta wait a while since I just got a sound system though... What makes you want to go with the s2000 projectors?

Idk I've just seen people get good results out of them. Plus they fit well in the housings. And it's not that I can't afford more mods but can I justify them? Lol

I can justify jack daniels all day long!

Ah ok. I was just curious bc I too will be doing research on the "best bang for your buck" projector, hid's, shrouds, and ballasts. Was just wondering why you wanted the s2000...

Hey guys the s2k projectors are the best projectors out there (this is from hid gurus not me lol),, but keep in mind that you will have to cut a little bit on the "beam" that's behind the housing since the projectors run a little big.

Nice list,, just be patient and wait for good deals, they are out there. Also if you have any questions on any of this stuff (what vcim to buy etc) I can help you out.

If you are buying one make sure it's from a 2011 up this way you can use the remote link app that gm has (remote start your car from anywhere, lock/unlock your car, send directions to your car etc). Now with the new vcim gm combined the two antennas into one (old vcim has two antenna inputs and new ones just one input), you have two choices either splice the wires and then connect just one or I found a oem splixer that runs around $130 that works like a charm. Lol sorry for ranting on

To use the remote link app do you need an onstar account? Or does it work without a valid onstar active subscription?

Not sure, once you install the vcim you call them and you tell them you are a new customer and they give you free three months, ill let you know once that expires

My guess is it will stop working when the onstar subscription ends... Guess we will see in 3 months!
