Wish you were closer, I'd be happy to help you swap out your suspension. Best of luck with your sale bud.

Too bad you aren't in Texas, I would swap with you. I posted a craigslist ad hoping someone would trade me a 3/5 for my factory setup. I ended up getting a reply (wasn't expecting it) and bought a DJM 3/5 with helper bags for extremely cheap.

make sure to get new balljoints and bushings on that kit. Also are the arms the old or new version?

I have new bushings and cam locks that I ordered for my 02 Silverado that had a DJM 4/6 and never installed them. Their site lists the same part number for both kits so I'm hoping they will work, but I haven't asked anyone in the know yet until now. I had already planned on new ball joints, no sense in not doing it since the whole thing will be disassembled. I believe the arms are the old style, I actually ended up knowing the guy that I am getting the kit from, he removed the kit 2 years ago. I haven't gotten too many specifics from him yet as far as how old the kit is. I figured upper and lower arms with helper bags, shocks, and rear hardware kit for $300 was a steal.

no prob id check it before if its the new version will work.

Rear kit rides bad i havent used the rear springs in years the tb new version spring i sell sits lower and rides better. You will see the rear will ride bad especially with the djm shocks/djm 5 inch springs

Right on, I'm already planning on the rear being temporary. I like cali lean so they will more than likely not be low enough for me anyway. I am contemplating running air in the back either with a standard bag or the trailblazer bags. I'm torn between air and the 6" springs you have advertised.

If you can do brakes, it's pretty straightforward. PM me and i'll give you a rundown.

You should have OE RTA brackets. You just got the 3/5.5 kit, right?

yes in rear you will need to ditch the trailing arm relocators
in rear you will need to put the stock endlinks backon

And put back stock trailing arms??or just bolts right up
And Stock endlinks are necessary?

Only reason I'm bringing it back to stock is because I might sell the truck (might)
But the lowering kit is nice and have no problems with it!!

Just bolts right up. Stock endlinks will def help but you could get by without them.
