Has anyone bought/used one of these ? I do use Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner, but the reverse-flush capability of these machines has me thinking buying one might be a good idea.

Good investment or a waste of money ???

Since you omitted / forgot price of injector cleaning machine,

Price of injector cleaning machine
___________________________

Number of injectors to be cleaned

The more injectors this machine will clean, the better the return on investment.

I suppose if you run a shop and can "sell" the service and the associated work and issue's that may come along with it.
like customers complaining that the issue persist's, o-ring replacement, gaskets and gasket issue's (intake leaks), bent high pressure fuel rails, clip and harness repairs (stuff gets brittle over time) etc, etc.

This isn't a business venture purchase. This one costs $250 +/-. And I am only asking those who have previously bought/used to chime in on whether it actually does what it claims it can.

I made one with a used Tahoe fuel pump & an old fuel rail from a 1980's TPI system

They are quite useful for cleaning & checking for consistent flow rates

The reason I made it was because of the high failure rate of new injectors these days, not uncommon for a set of 8 to have 2 stuck open or closed; stuck open will flood that cylinder the moment the fuel pump comes on

For the price that seems like a good investment, my homemade one is a bit clumsy and I use paint cups to measure flow volume; that little system looks much easier to use

Wonder if it checks metering, too, so injectors could be matched as sets.
It does have those graduated cylinders.. The 'volume detection' I am assuming..
Sure looks nice for some peace of mind or for eliminating faulty injectors if running sub-optimally.

Wow! 2 out of 8 stuck! That's depressing to hear..
Nice work on the custom setup!
