Weird, my Escalade AXN fit my Tahoe with no height change..

But shorter pucks would make me feel better anyway..

Thanks to @strutaeng for the harbor freight fuel pressure tester recommendation. 3' hose lets you place gauge on windshield. Brass fittings are threaded better than the Amazon plated metal connectors, and it reads exactly what my fpcm reads, without varying +/- 15psi!

Pucks are only 1 1/2 in so not that much.
I would sure think the axles would be the same but maybe not.
Im sure i had the axle supporting the weight when i tightened the bushings. Wednesday im going to loosen all 4 of them and re tighten them. Im a dumb a** and maybe tightened them with the axle hanging.

I wouldn't think bushings being tightened would add much lift, if any..
(Since when I remove springs, the axle droops and raises easily)
Weird!

On another WEIRD note, I tried to order a couple oil filter wrenches from RA..
They tell me this...

Part # 57020 cannot ship to California because we do not have documentation required by Proposition 65 from LISLE.
Part # 63600 cannot ship to California because we do not have documentation required by Proposition 65 from LISLE.

that sucks, the 1st one is on amazon for about the same price $10, the 2nd one is $17 what is shows with my business account anyway.
pro tip: you can apply for a seller permit with the state, (it's cheap, one time cost), then you can use that with amazon, lowes, home depot, rock auto, or anywhere that accepts them.
the catch with amazon if you create a business account and want business prime it's a lot more than standard prime. but the standard business account is no cost.
then you just get the $35 minimum order amount for free shipping. (if it is shipped by amazon) a lot of places do free shipping anyway
to maintain the permit with the state you just have to file annually, quarterly if they decide to have you do that.

Does anyone know of a cheaper Tech2 like system that can run the ABS bleed procedure?

I'm still chasing a soft brake pedal issue after extensive work, and the only thing I can think of is that there is STILL air in the system. New calipers, new lines, complete fluid flush, booster is good, no vacuum leaks... I'm going to buy the pressure bleeder and bleed them for a 3rd time, but I'd like to run the ABS pump again as well. I had a buddy at work run the test with his system, but never got to re-bleed them.

What's you're price range?
I was looking at those cheaper TOPDON scanners for a hundred bucks. Not trying to spend more than that if I can get away with it.

Can you do the Tech 2 bleed procedure if the brake light is on in the dash?
Not sure about that to be honest. No lights or warnings for me at the moment.

if you have a old laptop sitting around that is not used for anything secure you could use a vcx nano, it runs tech2win via usb
it's around $120 which is about as cheap as you can find a device that does everything for these vehicles, it can be a pita to make it work (software) security MUST be turned off because it hacks some windows files to make it work. if security is on it won't let it make changes and it then it wont work.
I have it installed on a windows tablet, when doing the install on a tablet it MUST be in desktop mode or again it wont work/
it also works for GDS2 which is even harder to make work, but it does so that gives you a device that can diag 00-2026 for $120

the nano can be used for just about anything, but you would have to buy the license (per manufacturer)
I bought mine for GM, if I wanted to use it for Honda, I would have to buy the Honda license, I don't know how much that would be these guys are in china but they will communicate thru like what'sapp.
you can buy a $300 hard drive that runs on older lenovo laptops and has all of the available manufactures on it, ready to go.
you just buy a used laptop on say ebay, throw the hard drive in and your in business... of course you need the nano as well
as with anything buyer beware when dealing with china.....
you can buy them on amazon and be perfectly safe transaction wise, they do them sell manufacturer specific as well

the price did go up a little bit mine was $105 or something like that now I see they are $150 still a good price for what it does
that's a little less than half the current cost of a tech2 clone

you have to be computer savvy, it can take several tries to make it work and the software license needs to be updated about every 90 days,
so if you use it and then set it aside for months or a year and go to use it again, the license will need to be updated first which is not hard to do but may take a few tries.
mine will tell me the usb power is too low, but after a few tries it works. had the same results with different ones so either it's my computer or it's a glitch.

my best advice is turn off all security, and run all the installs as administrator.
when you run vx manager the 1st time the nano should be connected, then update the firmware, when it does the firmware at the end it enables the license.
the vx manager must be running in the background in order for tech2win to see the device and work.
so plug in the vcx, boot it up, open vx manager/then minimize it, then open tech2win.
