I've got a 99 Escalade with stock roof rack. I'm looking to get some extra cross beams. Does anyone know if cross beams from Yukon or Tahoe with fit? There are almost no Escalade parts trucks in my area!

The cross pieces for a two or four door Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban are the same part number (12387475).

But the ones with the Y91 RPO (which I suppose is an Escalade or Denali so check the glovebox for that code) are different. That part number is 12471921. I can’t imagine that they sold a ton of them, so a dealer may still have one somewhere. They can usually check nationwide inventory, so it may be worth checking around.

I forgot to post the numbers for the adjuster bracket, here’s that and a photo of a 98 Tahoe in case it helps.

My cross bars look different! I wanted to get 2 extra that are the same so I can mount a roof basket. Maybe those would work but I want them to be the same height as mine. I may have to remove mine and try and match up with some good used cross bars.

They kind of look the same as mine aside from the brackets and side rails. I’d bet that the bars themselves are largely the same.

Here are the measurements…

48-3/8” inside width between the side bars

1-3/4” tall from roof metal (not the black protective strips) to top of bar, measured both at center and at the edges by the doors.

1/4” channel that the brackets slide in

I checked my measurements and they are the same. Now I can search my area for cross bars! Thanks again for all your help!

Good deal, let us know if the Chevy ones end up fitting?
Looks like the cross bars from the 99 Yukon don't fit! Very similar but don't fit. The Escalade ones are on the left side! I'll have to keep looking!

Are you sure those aren’t from a 2000-06? It’s been a few years since I had one, but I remember them being adjustable with a pull-up latch. Mine (98) have the bolt that you loosen, similar to what you have.

@OR VietVet may recognize them, he has one of that style.

Edit: photos below are from an eBay listing for comparison…

Looks like the guy had the wrong description on his market place add! I never saw the truck! He had them pulled off already! Also I should have pulled mine off to compare! My bad!
