Suspensionmax. Just modified the rear-end again though by cutting the oem bump stops and moving them to the top of the axle. The sumo springs now just barely touch them. What an awesome improvement compared to the energy stops I had installed on top of the axle.. Huge improvement at highway speeds hauling the camper in high wind. Running larger diameter ~34.2" diameter tires now and will be cutting the front fenders a bit near the mud flap area to NorCal a bit IMG_20231204_121323_896.jpg

The Yukon XL needed new tires so I installed Fox 2.0 fronts and some 275 60R 20 tires. I have moog 81069 rear coils to install along with fox 2.0 rear shocks, just need to determine what all is needed to bypass the factory air ride shock sensors. Any help with part recommendations is appreciated.

can i get a tip on this?

im about to put the suspension maxx 2.5 front and 1.5 rear leveling kit onto my 2015 tahoe. i plan on using the oem 20" wheels, but im having a tricky time figuring the tires i want to use. initially i was thinking 33X12.5Xr20 mud terrains, but i dont want rubbing issues. i am planning on getting a set of 2" wheel spacers if necessary though. are there alternative sizes i should consider?

They should fit snuggly just fine. Shouldnt need wheel spacers.

I think you'll rub the upper control arms a bit when attempting to turn full lock with the 33x12.5 - I did. Not that big of deal if you get used to it.

I think 2" wheel spacers could have you rubbing the rear fender well. Maybe try a 1" spacer and see where that gets you. I recently posted a poorly made video on pushing back the rear fender wells with a single cut and little pounding. Running the sus-maxx topped out on a '15 denali with 34.2 diameter tires/stock offset and no rub lock to lock even while hauling a 32' travel trailer:

Hey, yeah….what the hell is this? You get a new ride?
this is the one I bought for the wife, back in September of last year, just hadn't posted any pictures of it I guess
put a tune on it, added some subs, got the windows tinted, threw a flowmaster on it. It was already leveled. It runs pretty decent for a 5.3
if it was my daily though I would pull the seats and carpet out and add sound insulation, the road noise on these things is annoying the metal is thinner, paint is thinner.
could use some sway bars as well my Denali handles much better, so does the silverado with a 4.5 lift.
but she drives like a normal person, lol

2.5" lift with the Eibachs, sitting on 315/70R17 KO2s
@snives - New UCAs?
Did you have to do any trimming or are you experiencing any wheel rub?
Did you happen to measure "realized" ride height increase vs. the stated "2.5in Eibach lift" with coils? Eibach part#?
Wheel specs?
Looking good!

They are stock police PPV steel wheels which have a 0 offset so it cleared pretty easily. I did the RC UCAs and I had very very minor rub on the UCA when turning full lock. I resolved that with a set of 15mm hub centric spacers. I did do the Norcal mod. Now theres zero rub, lock to lock, at full stuff and full droop. It was the Eibach Pro Truck Lift E80-23-030-01-22. I have a spare set of brand new RC UCA's if you're looking for a set, dm me.

2015 with rough country 3.5" lift struts, Bilstein 5100 years with 1.5" spring puck on 12ply 265/70r18 Kanati Armor Hog ATX's. Next up... UCA's and some other maintenance items. Does pretty well for having nearly 1/4 million miles. Just need to install my Westin Max Winch tray and 12k winch and some auxiliary lights.
