Used my rack today for the second time and thought of this thread. I haven't put the mesh floor in it yet and I still need to get milk crates or something to make securing the jugs easier:

And what is the maximum weight of pressure on the towbar? As far as I remember, no more than 100 kg. And in the photo it is clearly more than 100 kg

1500 Weight Carrying 272 kg (600 lbs)

At least. I have the Z82 trailering package and, while the internet reports numbers all over the place, most seem to be 700+.

The hitch is definitely rated for a lot more than 100 kg. Even still, with petrol being ~.75 kg per litre, that's only about 29 kg in fuel. The jugs and rack don't weigh much, maybe another 25 kg, combined, at most.

vp (and about 10 others) make a dual jug holder/mount for those shaped jugs

You know... I saw these back when this thread was first made but disregarded them since they weren't what I was looking for at that moment.

Doesn't matter cuz I'm cheap and milk crates would have a dual purpose since I can carry my propane tanks in 'em.

Plus milk crates are usually cheaper (free). I have about 5 I use around here.

Hence, my "cheap" comment. The problem now is finding some that are available. They used to be in abundance behind stores and the managers would almost beg you to take a few. Now, they've either been nabbed by idiots to make stairs for TikTok vids (and subsequently broken) or they're under the ässes of store cashiers sitting out back smoking weed.
