I keep the inside clean with plain old 409 and paper towels or baby wipes, 409 is a great all-purpose cleaner I use it for everything because it does not stain nor mar any surface
engine compartment - purple power and maybe a little Gunk surface shine
it kept my 00 clean for 14 years

I too have used 409 for many years and still get strange "looks" when I tell people that.

depending on you level of clean Acid wash would be the cleanest esp for rims.. that is what we use at the car wash for the detail level clean (for the outside )

most of the time it gets the water spots unless it's been on it for an extremely long time then it might be etched onto the paint

I do not use on leather or if I do it's sparingly, I use it where it gets dirty the most door seals & jams, I have floor mats so those get taken out and washed with soap and water and most of the interior gets done with baby wipes, glass with glass cleaner. I rarely clean the leather I did recently buy some zep leather cleaner that I am going to try soon.

Usually clay bar then Mcquire's #6 cleaner wax with random orbital machine. Mcquire's leather conditioner, damp rag and towel on dash and plastic gauge screens trying to be careful to not scratch them. Engine wet rag and dry with rag and if plastic parts need it back to black. Oh, I just wash vehicle with clear water and towel.

i'll get the brand names for the professional stuff, you guys are just using the armature grade stuff i got connections, i can buy the Pro grade stuff... it's actually cheaper then buying the stuff from the retail store plus i get 10% off :D

this stuff works way better too as it's professional/commercial grade...

I can buy something that cost $10 and something that cost $100 and can't tell the difference, so I just keep my $90.00 in my pocket. 409 works magic for all kinds of stuff lots more than just my car. You might be surprised at how many products out there that are the exact same thing just a different label on it. It's simple market share strategy.
