Answered my own question by swapping a 4th sensor from a ragged ole 4.8 I have laying in the floor and it started right up with no codes. I suppose the wiring was the first issue and the first sensor was probably fine as was the second but then I swapped a third at the same time I replaced to harness and the third sensor was bad. FML!

That’s why when I’m troubleshooting I try to only change one thing at a time.

I actually changed direction on my RCSB a bit and have an H2 14b 9.5sf 8 lug on the way with 4.10s and a selectable locker. Cost me $450 delivered and I’m parting out the other axle and will probably make half that back. Building the other axle was gonna cost around 2k

Oh if he said SAS I would have thought that but I even googled SFA and it didn’t cope up as that lol.

No SAS for now, but in the future I may do a radius arm setup with a AAM 9.25 and an E locker. I would prefer to do it in a GMC 2005-2007 2500 RCLB with a 212/218 cammed 6.0, nv4500 swapped, 10.5FF rear with a G80 and 4.56s.

Or same stuff but a 2008-2010 2500 with a 6L90 and the higher comp 6.0.
Either would be on at the minimum 37s .

I swear I have the worst parts failure luck ever! Not only has my gas gauge suddenly not been reading correctly, but I also had “REP” a few times last week and it got considerably worse this morning to the point I couldn’t leave my neighborhood. So I spent all morning quintuple checking grounds, redoing 2 of them because they appears to have been bent at one point in their life. Then I swapped X links, and finally swapped to my spare LS2 90mm which I think is a Chinese knock off and has the connector tab broken off. That seemed to fix it, so now I need a new TB because I dont have one for my RCSB now! Uhgggg so annoying! LS2s are expensive and since this thing isn’t boosted now I might just pick up a ls2 gold blade 92mm or a factory truck 87mm.

It’s can’t be much different than this since I have a NNBS intake manifold and LS2 TB along with E fans.

Do you have the process to swap the NNBS intake detailed in your thread..? I bought one, very reasonable, but need to figure out the best parts list / process for swapping it out..

I agree, I’ll see how she goes for a few weeks or more, not gonna need one in the RCSB for awhile anyway.

I do not, it was actually swapped already when I bought it. I can send you pics of anything you want tho.

Did some weld jobs today, the diff is cocked and locked now and the other plates are subframe bracing. Did the diff with my new everlast machine using 7018 rods at 90amps and the plates is my little Hobart turned down about as much as possible for sheet metal. Could have used less wire speed to flatten the mig welds but he’s gonna grind it and paint it anyway.

I didn't really do jack shit all weekend. Had a couple little fun runs in the ctsv:


Friday night after leaving track had some sort of ls swapped 2000ish 3 series bimmer pretty hopped up open header 6speed pretty sure no forced induction but I was behind. followed thru the back roads at a pretty high rate of speed. Hung prob 5 or 6 cars behind him he tried to run away a few times but depending who hit it first I would slowly pull up on him or he would slowly pull away lol. Follow out to two lane pulled up beside and yelled at each still rolling a little and thumbs up.

Last night I was sorta minding my own business but I still drive a little faster than normal traffic. Made my way thru a few cars and cruised it was dark but had some sort of charger/challenger following, wasn't sure if it was an under cover so I was only speeding a little, clear road, he pulled up next to me and paced me for a few, seriously was just going to let him go on by. But then he wanted to slam it down and "let me hear" his exhaust...that didn't sit well with me so I put about 3 bus lengths on him 65-100+ and threw the hazards on for him. Widebody v8, Def not a hellcat, felt kinda bad doin him so dirty but it was his own fault

Couple more little i95 runs, I only really **** around when there's no traffic and slow down way before I have to if I do come up on traffic
