Whoever invented the camshaft is a genius if you look at how they do what they do.
Yeah, I would think you have a good chance of not having to chase that miss any further. Fingers crossed.
Definitely in their time. All the geniuses nowadays are going digital, although a good friend of mine still affirms in the field of electrical engineering, the smartest guys still are in analog.Whoever invented the camshaft is a genius if you look at how they do what they do.

can anyone help me with where this bracket goes?
Just a guess, but is that a bracket to temporarily fix a broken exhaust manifold bolt? Puts pressure on the manifold when the bolt can't?

Looks like the 2 holes goes onto the back of the pump, and the 1 hole go towards the block, but cant find specifics.

It was extra. J/k …not sure but I think it goes somewhere on the intake manifold

I forgot to check on that bracket.. It cant be anything to serious, that guage of metal is kinda on the weak side. I seem to remember something about the Dipstick tubes taking that.. But I could be wrong.
Looks like a ground strap to me.
Me too, between two posts that are not moving in different directions.
