No that was right after I flashed the card to 33.004.In that screen shot the Tech-2 does not recognize the Candi, was it attached?

Concerning that bin image, in the past I've downloaded modual info from my 2001 to check for updates and also data logged some trans pressures from my 2012 for @swathdiver. I don't know if that stuff was saved to the card and might be in that image. It doesn't matter to me, but just letting you know that you might find that info in there. To sum up what we did here:
I accidentally saved my PCMCIA card back to an older version.
Using a windows 10 laptop running a virtual machine loaded with XP and connected to the Tech2 with a SERIAL to USB adapter I was able to follow these instructions and load a .bin file that a member was able to save and send to me via email. I am not sure if the writing software would work on windows 10 or not. I used the virtual machine because it was all set up to communicate with my tool through the adapter already.
I will have to look for that in there later.Concerning that bin image, in the past I've downloaded modual info from my 2001 to check for updates and also data logged some trans pressures from my 2012 for @swathdiver. That's actually a decent price. Another 21 bucks for a GM card, and your ready. Just missing the box, and all the other adapters. And here is a used one with a SAAB Card.

No begging needed.I may have to beg for that bin file.. When I get a chance to sit down and see If I have just accidentally saved an older version myself.

On the main menu there's option #F2 to view captured data and my snapshot data should be in there from 2019. I can't figure out how to clear/erase this. I also don't know if this is stored on the card or on a chip inside the Tech2 device.I will have to look for that in there later.

I'm guessing if you can bring this capture up on yours then it's stored on the card![]()

I will look tonight and also see if I can use tis2000 to clear it.
This looks like our answer.I was just now playing around with it hooked up to TIS2000 and couldn't find a way to delete it, only to download it from Tech2. I did save the file to my hard drive through TIS2000 just to see how big the file is, and it's only like 217kb. It's a transmission parameters data capture that's about 3 minutes long and 44 parameters, so really not that big size wise.
Just curious now if it saves these to the card or elsewhere in the Tech2
Good info! This looks like our answer.

I just saved my data over yours.Good info!
My .bin backup file already has my captured data file in it, and it apparently doesn't take up much space and will eventually get overwritten.
I'm not concerned about it
