The mechanic dropped the tank, replaced 2 axles and the evap canister for $430? If so that's a heck of a deal! I'm cheap when I do work for people but that's less than I'd charge.

Yes Sir the price was good. If I had taken it elsewhere they would have charged me more than a 100$ for just removing the tank.

Mechanic is an old friend. Also support him by taking all my friends there for their mechanic needs as well.

I have that OBDLink MX, but I've never had to pull any ABS codes with it so I can't tell you for sure if it actually does.

None of those specify directly if it'll read and/or clear SRS ("airbag") codes. But, I Googled "does obdlink mx+ read srs codes" and the first hit was this: https://www.obdadvisor.com/obdlink-mx-plus-review/

That VGate VLinker is probably the same.

Think ill get the vgate one. As it is half the price. And I'm sure I wont use it all the time. Also the vgate has a newer Bluetooth version.
