Took the hoe into the city today, visited two sportsman warehouses, and two cabelas.
I'm almost up to 500 miles for my oil change. lol
Ran into some road raging ****** in a ford f150, antagonized him a little and then left him in the dust on the on-ramp.

Still lovin the 6 speed.
Was funny seeing him hard downshift in an attempt to keep up.

Holy ******* shit you guys. My parents also had one. I got my drivers license in it when I turned 16. It was black interior with like a midnight blue metallic. Of course being a kid with a new license when I got it on the road to my self I beat the shit out of it LOL. That thing was a slug but damn when you got on it and it started to rev out the top end power band holy shit. My favorite part of that car was the tell tale lights on the fenders and rear roof liner. I believe they were fiber optic too. Good shit guys!
Looking at replacing the door hinge that is noisy as hell. I used grease for a while but the bushing is just too worn out at this point. Should I go with dorman or go back to oem? The price difference is like $60 dorman for $33 and oem for $92 I think.
Hey how did you make out with this? Is it a pain in the ass? Which ones did you go with?

I want to know as well. Both front doors are getting annoying. And I’ve used lithium grease on them multiple times.

I did my s10 a few times, but it required me to pull the door off.
however that was so i could drive out the old bushing, and install a new one...

I didn't, I just deal with the noise. Occasionally add lithium grease and go about my day. [emoji1745] I'll probably have it fixed when it gets inspected in March

Is the connection to the phone wireless and can you stream music wirelessly?Ordered this today. Had one of his earlier versions for 10+ years and it took a dump last week. I like you get all the extras built in at half the price of major brands. Car has 210K miles so didn’t want to spend a ton.

Bluetooth, yes. Wireless CarPlay no. So phone calls and music via Bluetooth only.

LED conversion. Switch backs, euro yellow fogs, 194 corners front and back, reverse, tail/brake/turn and license plate. Dropped the extra dough on the LASFIT canbus. I got super excited as I was testing with hazards and no hyper flash. Went for a drive aannndd hyper flash after 3 blinks.
I don't really want to add a resister but damn $195 for a BCM flash.

After a bit of driving yesterday I noter the trans temp only got to 100 or so because the ambient was -3. So I am betting when I checked it the other day it wasn’t much warmer. It might have been a little low. Now, at 100F it is just at the bottom of the hot hatch marks. It’s fine.
I added resistors and more resistors on my 08 Silverado and never solved the hyper flash. I could get it to stop when the headlights were off, or when they were on, or when the brake lights were on, or when they were off, but never all at the same time. Maybe it’s because it has 2 turn signals bulbs in the headlights or maybe it was the aftermarket tails but I tried different resistances in different configurations and still failed. The damn bcm outsmarted me every time. I bought the bcm tune from BT Dieselworks and used my Autocal to flash it. It was driving me crazy. There’s a few mods available too when you do it. If you go that route, be aware he doesn’t really have any customer service so you have to be patient.

I put lasfit bulbs all over too and it hyperflashes. Couldn’t get an answer about the bcm tune but I believe it’s more than 200.
It’s $195 if you have an Autocal, $349 if you don’t.
