Oké, with my ADD I really need to put on paper what the plans are for the Chevy in the upcoming year. I asked you guys a ton of questions, which really helped. I now know which way I want to go and we will see how fast I can accomplish this. I just started working again after having a burn-out in August and barely had an income. So all te money is gone now, also because I got just got my own house. Still not completely there but from next week I will start working full time again..

The most important things will be on top of the list. I unfortunately have MOT in April and will work towards there before throwing any hobby money on the Hoe. Obviously I want it in good shape before the BBP tune will come, but did a lot of maintenance, hopefully there will not be to much with the MOT, but the car is not new so I will really have to wait what comes out of that. Lets go:

Before April:
- On the way from America: new spark plug wires from ACDelco
- New rubber on my new Titan wheels, really want to have the rims sandblasted and powder-coated before the new tires come on but will see if my budget will allow. Have slicks now so need them before the new MOT. Want new alignment with that and hopefully the ride will be smoother!
- Pre MOT check so I will know what to fix to get new MOT.
- Finish cabin audio; remove old speakers and amplifier, make a new cable tree for a decent woofer in each door in combination with the Pioneer amplifier+sub in 1. This is all free since I got all the parts already. Just a matter of finishing.
- Getting the original glass for the sides at the cargo, they are now from plastic but I want the originals back in. The previous owner has the left one and I can get the right one in Belgium.
- Detailing the Tahoe is always on the list, just need to find the time and a nice place.

And then probably after April the following things will start
- LPG removal and make wiring stock again and get this changed on the Tahoe license. Will lose a good amount of weight also
- Order Autocal V3 + BBP tune
- Find a freaking e-fan
- Airaid MIT
- Dry flow drop in air filter
- Exhaust muffler, Flowmaster FlowFX
- Fixing up some parts that are getting rusty
- The chrome has to go, probably going for mat blackish... Kinda like the plastic black parts.

There will probably come more to mind but this is kinda the things I will focus on for now!

Gees what a gearbox. It's almost worth buying one would the transmission ever die. You guys in America have something for everything! If my transmission ever dies, I will just buy a new one from there, let it only be a 1 series haha. Already busy reading your thread, audio wise it's different also from a Tahoe... not at your supercharger yet haha

We got snow in the Netherlands!! Not that it should be rare, but it's getting more rare each year. But now I know why 4x4 exists. Since I got my Tahoe, I drive it in 2Hi most of the time. Sometimes when it rains hard and I'm in a hurry, I will put it in Auto4wd. And will just run trough the gearbox so now and then to keep things running. But what a difference does it make when you drive 4Hi or 4Lo, I couldn't stop smiling how easy I was driving around town and on the highway!!

Buttt, I've been waiting for snow since I got my Hoe, because I really wanted properly swing out the back. Yesterday I had a few spare minutes, gave my phone to a guy on the scene and filmed my trying to drift the Chevy in 2Hi. Lots of fun!!

Mua partly true but that is not the part of the tune I mean. I mean the ''octane'' tune. If the PCM sees for itself what fuel you use, why would you tune it to a certain octane tune? @BlackBearPerf

The other stuff I know, but also A lot has to do with the environment and exhaust fumes and regulations. In the 60/70, a 350 made more horses then a 1996 350 for example.. And I know the restrictions from factory and are very excited for the BBP engine/gearbox tune, but I want to know where the octane tune is good for?!

Haha yes just driving 60ish mph while in my previous cars I would probably stay behind that little car, love it. I sometimes thought, should I look for a rwd Tahoe (which I probaby won't find in the Netherlands, but now I'm for sure I want to keep my Hoe for as long as possible. It's almost 2 years for me having this car, longest time for me to have the same car so long!!

So today I visited my mate and he already had the spark plug wires in house! Time for some new ones since I just pasted 190k miles with the stock wires.



And he has also done some maintenance of my cousins baby, who lives in North Weymouth New shocks and absorbers which I immediately saw because of the difference in height.

Next job for me is to detail the car, put new rubber along the windows and fix the hanging headliner. Will start next Monday on my spare days. Good for me to earn some extra money
