The car parks (parking garages) look like roller coasters.

The wife and I are always joking about no way the NNBS is making that turn or the 1.8-2.0 meter overhead clearance. Pffftt

Lol

The CX-9 was close around these corners.

So is the UTE to Australia like pickups are to the US? Or is it just mandatory to have roof racks and off-road lights?

*Edit- not being an ass at all, I’m truly intrigued if that is just the style or what

Funny and true. No asshattery with that enquiry for sure.

I read an article about this very thing as I wondered much like the USA the fascination with kitting out your massive Ute/4x4/SUV with huge bar, LEDs, basket/rack, shade tent, 3 spare tires, Jack, CB, etc...

those are the serious guys who do usually hit the bush camping often.

The others can be ordered from the dealer with the extra pack for more $$ to look tough, but may never get that dirty other than down a two track.

The utes are everywhere.

But good spot. And they are not cheap. Most are diesel.

A new Silvy is going to set you back damn near $150k AUD.

Toyota Prado Kakadu Horizon , top of the line is starting at $90k.

Can see a review here.
