Sucks. Pickups need all the help they can get. I remember my Dakota 5.9 R/T that was full posi- spun that thing a few times, once across all 5 lanes of the I-205 bridge into Washington. Hit the concrete barrier on the far right side, started spinning in the far left lane. I just hammered it to pass a slow driver and yeeeeehaaaaw mother fu**er. It was fun to drift on a wet freeway at 70-80, just hammer it and it would go sideways. Not so much fun when you’re not ready for it.not feeling these toyo open country, slick as **** in the rain to the point of almost unsafe to drive
probably going to take a $500 hit on them presuming I can get $800 for them with a couple hundred miles on em
guess I will try the Bridgestone dueler a/t revo 3

ya this thing just got squirrely as hell on me in the rain. I am used the light ass end but dam this is ridiculous, does fine when it's dry read some more reviews and some say they are slick in rain or snow, appears they are more suited for a bit more off-road use wont work for me. I should be able to get $200 each if I list them on ebay and shipSucks. Pickups need all the help they can get. Pretty new truck to have those kinds of problems isn’t it? Why do you think the starter cable was fried?Been having some ongoing electrical problems, seem to have a gremlin, mostly affects the radio and cluster, could be a lot of different things but figured I would start with the battery cables, the starter cable was a bit fried and lots of extra glue on it but never had any problem starting, the new cable I tripple wrapped it in teflex on the lower half and then some super 88 on top of that, I get lots various codes most of them seem to be related to the ebcm so if the problem isn't the cables I will try it next just to see, the issue is intermittent and wide range of codes so just trying to shotgun it and cross my fingersView attachment 263291 View attachment 263292 View attachment 263295
No idea other than battery cables seem to a ongoing issue with GM, I've read about a lot of people having the same problems but I checked all the stuff it said in the bulletins, the problem is the Lan communication a short causes all the attached modules to freak out, so it's either a broken wire or a bad module I jiggled everything I could and it won't do it unless I am driving, cleaned up this ground alsoPretty new truck to have those kinds of problems isn’t it? I decided to try some nexen roadian at pro ra8 same size 305/55R20. so far so good certainly a quieter tire it only rained a little the morning I had them put on but they seem to have better grip in general the highway ride is pretty smooth till you hit a bump lol the Bilstein 5100's are a little stiff for single bumpsLot of good reviews on the Falken at3. I also noticed my Toyo’s AT3s are also a little slippery, I run KO2s on my suburban with no complaints. I’d tell wherever you got the tires from that your not satisfied and they should be replaced, they might come you original purchase price.
That looks annoying af. Damn.so it did something new today besides the cluster going coo-coo normally the radio audio cut off, clock disappears and the preset's go blank, then the clock comes back and the presets come back and audio comes back, this time the preset's went offline completely. took it by the dealer this morning while it was doing this, they are going to try replacing the radio.
Thankfully you have a warranty. Hopefully it's just the radio.so it did something new today besides the cluster going coo-coo normally the radio audio cut off, clock disappears and the preset's go blank, then the clock comes back and the presets come back and audio comes back, this time the preset's went offline completely. took it by the dealer this morning while it was doing this, they are going to try replacing the radio.
ya can't even listen to the dam radio, just on and off, on and off, we went out for dinner tonight for the first time in almost a year and it was mostly fine it only cut out a couple times on the drive. That looks annoying af. Damn.
Not cool.after we got back from dinner found out UPS had came and dropped off the running boards.....
well sort of I received 2 running boards not in a box, loose one has a big long scratch on it, there wrapped in plastic and a very thin foam padding, I am assuming UPS ****** up the original box and just decided to deliver these, no mounting brackets and no bolts probably takes about 40 bolts
kinda pretty pissed off because if I don't catch the manufacture in office tomorrow I probably wont have replacements on the way till next week at best and then another week of waiting.
******* UPS wasn't supposed to deliver them until tomorrow I had already called and scheduled the delivery so I would be here because I knew I was going to be gone today.
