I bought the Fahren off Amazon for my high beams on my 08 Silverado-excellent output for only $40. They’re adjustable too so you can set them so they’re perfectly vertical where they’re designed to work right. They have the smallest heatsink I could find too so they clear on the backside.has anyone tried these morimoto 2stroke h13 led's? (for the yukons)

the nnbs yukon's use a dual beam so choices are limited, these can be adjusted to sit vertical I may buy a set eventually just to see how they lookI bought the Fahren off Amazon for my high beams on my 08 Silverado-excellent output for only $40. Ah, so you only have one bulb for high and low...Fahren has the H13 60 watt 12000 lumens for $45.the nnbs yukon's use a dual beam so choices are limited, these can be adjusted to sit vertical I may buy a set eventually just to see how they look

Was it the same grade? Are you using AC or AB?View attachment 259562 View attachment 259564 View attachment 259563 View attachment 259565
Got the floor started and level. Slowly but surely. Kid goes back to school Monday so I’ll have some free time again to work on my own projects.
FYI I got some birch from Home Depot last time. This time I bought birch from a local cabinet shop. $55 a sheet and it is night and day difference. My impact drill on speed 2 struggles to put a screw all the way in the hard cabinet grade birch... the shit from home depot the screw goes in soo easy. Just softer crappier wood from Home Depot. Same price too.
Local cabinet shop probably sold you Baltic birch plywood where as Home Depot only sells birch veneered plywood. Baltic Birch is much better and typically has better quality wood for the various plies and more plys.View attachment 259562 View attachment 259564 View attachment 259563 View attachment 259565

I thought Baltic birch ply was really expensive? Kinda like marine ply.Local cabinet shop probably sold you Baltic birch plywood where as Home Depot only sells birch veneered plywood. Baltic Birch is much better and typically has better quality wood for the various plies and more plys.

It is definitely more pricey than birch veneer plywood. I only use Baltic Birch occasionally when I build cabinets for people as part of my side wood working business . Most the time, I can get by with birch veneer.I thought Baltic birch ply was really expensive? Kinda like marine ply.
What all do you have done to run those times?
