Judging by the only picture on the link the truck looks clean, I would think the interior is probably immaculate.
That rig is one of a kind, 50k miles for a 16 yr old vehicle is rare for sure. Would not mind paying premium $$ for a rig in those conditions.

Ok, so I texted the guy and he said it is definitely a custom built. Some build shop named Katzkin took some NBS Tahoes and custom built them. Special leather interior and the custom size wheels and other things. I like my 2005 Z71 better. The price does not seem like too much for an Oregon rig but someone that is interested should run a CarFax on it to see if a reported wreck was done and where it lived its life. Rust always scares me.
